Ryan Seeds
Principal
Ryan grew up in an entrepreneurial family and took over the family accounting firm from his father. After operating the firm for 5 years he successfully exited the business by sale to another CPA.
Ryan’s experience in real estate began when he designed and managed the construction of an office building for the family accounting firm. He was the key financial and tax advisor for his accounting firm clients who owned everything from duplexes to 200 unit apartment buildings and learned a lot by working closely with them. After selling his Firm he was also the CFO for a substantial developer in Toronto and led the restructure of their finance team, project financing and the financial side of a $150MM exit of commercial and condo properties.
His first redevelopment project was a 15 unit, 3 storey, apartment building in Napanee. He handled all aspects including market research, project feasibility, strategy, financing, property management, renovations and tenant leasing.
Ryan leads the Companies strategy, capital raising and management. He brings key strategic, financial and analytical skills to the group and handles project feasibility, investor return analysis, construction and renovation budgeting and cash flow planning.
